Great for Hard Floors
Our kittens love these balls! As soon as we get them out from under the couch, the cats play with them and push them back under again. The cats weren’t terribly interested in them at first because they were on carpet, but once they were on hard floors the cats realized these balls didn’t go too fast (compared to the ping pong balls that we only use on the carpet). The colors are beautiful too!

Perfect size for cat toys
They are a perfect size for my cat to bat around all over the house. I put them in a bag with catnip once a week to engage the cat

Thicker than they look, little too heavy for the cats.
While they can carry them back in our favorite game of “fetch” these are not their favorites. They are sturdy, and don’t weigh too much, but given the choice they go for the lighter ones that they can destroy in a few days. Not sure if they think that’s the point of balls, to be de-balled or not. But these have stood up to the challenge.

Last year, I wanted to see if my new cat would chase a ball, but I didn’t want to buy plastic ball toys from the pet store. I was looking for a more sustainable alternative, so I purchased these instead.It turns out she really doesn’t play with balls, but she does like to watch these roll around when we throw them for her.These feel (and look) like miniature versions of the felted wool dryer balls that we use instead of dryer sheets. They’re perfectly round, so they roll really well, and they actually do have some bounce to them if you throw them against a hard surface.We’ve had these for over a year now. None of them have broken, warped or frayed. We definitely have lost a couple of them, but that’s to be expected with any ball of this size that can roll under the furniture, and it’s no problem since these come in a set of six.
